Interest rates have moved back down into the all time low range that we have been in since August of 2010. This is the second time 10 yr treasury yields have moved above the 2.1% resistance level and stopped at 2.38% only to quickly return back below the 2.1% resistance area. The last rate update was a warning that the all time low rates were in danger of disappearing if that 2.38% area was broken. The message today is that rates are back down to the all time lows and if you have yet to take advantage of these rates you have another opportunity. Check out the 10 year treasury chart below for a visual illustration.
